Azcari makes every effort to ensure that goods are displayed accurately and to the exact specification.

The pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text and other materials used in this website belong to Azcari any may not be reproduced without prior consent in writing by an authorised officer from Azcari. www.azcari.com is a trademark of Azcari Ltd. All custom graphics, icons, logos and service names are trademarks or service marks of Azcari Limited. All other trademarks or service marks are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability:

Typographical and pricing errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or other error, Azcari Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Azcari Limited shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Currency
All prices given on the Azcari website are in Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 17.5%.

Delivery Information:
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and aim for you to receive your goods no later than 5 working days after the order (a high percentage of in stock orders have been delivered by the next day). However, this is subject to stock availability so it may take a little longer if we are awaiting a delivery from our suppliers. You will be notified as soon a possible if there is a problem with your order. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your goods, please email customersupport@Azcari.com, quoting your order reference number.

Please note that it is not possible for you to specify a time or date for delivery under some delivery options. However, you can nominate an alternative address if this is more convenient. Simply select and complete the alternative address section when you place your order.

3pm is the cut off for any orders that day. Orders placed after this will be processed the next day.

*Important: Please note that if you select the Special Delivery service, a signature will be required on delivery of the goods. Please make sure that someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery.

Price Match Promise -Terms and Conditions:
Price match must take into account any shipping charges applicable
Applies to online retailers only
Does not include auction websites such as eBay or non-UK based competitors or websites not operating secure (SSL) payment systems
Website must be that of an authorised Satmap dealer
Excludes discontinued lines
The price promise cannot be applied to our own website
If a price match brings an order below free postage value, a postage charge may be incurred
The item must be publicly available for purchase on a UK based website that has a shopping facility and ability to take payment
The item must be "like for like"; which means that it is brand new, the same colour, contains the same quantity and has an identical manufacturer reference number
The price comparison must include VAT and delivery costs to the UK. For clarity, Azcari published prices include VAT. Where we have charged a delivery fee, the individual delivery charge for that item will apply
Our price match guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any Azcari or competitor discount codes, promotions or clearance offers
Typographical pricing errors will not be matched
We can only accept one price match request per item
This guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time

Azcari and any associated companies are not liable to you by any reason of representation, implied warranty, condition or other term or for any indirect special consequence of loss, damage, costs, expenses or any other claims for compensation. Azcari endeavours to make sure that all information on this website is valid, accurate and up-to-date. We do not however guarantee that there will be no errors or interruptions. Azcari is not liable to you or any other party for any delays or failures to complete transactions due to any events outside our control.

Payment and taxes
Once you have finished browsing and adding items to your shopping basket, please select the checkout button and follow the prompts. When you submit your order you will be transferred to a completely secure server where you will be prompted to enter your payment details.

Protx provides very high levels of internet security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised. Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, Switch or Cheque (your order will not be shipped until your cheque has cleared). If there are any problems during the credit/debit card authorisation process, you will be contacted. Monies will not be deducted from your account until your order is ready for delivery.

Azcari accepts the following forms of payment; credit or debit cards and cheques made payable to Azcari. Payment may be made in a secure online environment. All prices quoted on the Azcari website are accurate at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Orders for goods which have increased in price whilst being processed will be honoured at the price which prevailed when the order was made.

For international orders, customs or import duties once the package reaches your destination are possible and will be your responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these and cannot predict them.

Privacy Policy:
At Azcari we are committed to respecting your privacy and we will only use the information we collect from you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

However, we cannot guarantee the security of the data you disclose online and cannot accept responsibility for any breach of security unless it is through fault of our own.

We can assure you that the personal information you provide to us will NOT (UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES) be passed on to third parties, and that it will be used solely to process and dispatch your orders, and to inform you about our products and services. Azcari subscribes to the Data Protection Act. By supplying us with your details, you are authorizing Azcari to use the information for these purposes. Provision of the website

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England, Azcari provides this website and its contents on an as is basis and does not guarantee that the website will be available or suitable for your purposes and requirements. In addition, Azcari cannot guarantee the accuracy nor completeness of the information contained on the website nor that it will be error free.

Returns Policy:
Unsuitable products: If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, refund provided that the products are returned in unused condition and with the original packaging. Please take extra care to securely package the item(s) as we cannot accept products for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the post. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for any item lost in the post so we strongly advise that returns are sent by recorded delivery mail.

Defective or faulty products: We will within a period of 30 days exchange or refund in full any product that is found to have a confirmed fault or defect. This is subject to the goods not being misused or damaged in anyway. All products must be returned with all components. Refunds & Exchanges will not be carried out until the product has been returned in its original packaging with all accessories. Thereafter, all confirmed faults would be repaired as speedily as possible, and certainly within the period and terms of the product’s individual warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights. All refunds issued will be the same as the tender type, however if this is not possible a cheque refund will be raised via our Head Office.

Returns within the UK

We hope that you will be extremely happy with your purchase from Azcari. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we will promptly exchange or refund any unsuitable items. Please ensure that all returns parcels have been adequately secured and that all your returns are sent via the Post Office. We recommend that all customers obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office as this will enable us to insure the returns parcel and request a refund should the goods be lost or delayed in the post.
